The Parents' Association (PA) aims to support the college, its students and KEVICC parents and carers. We have had wonderful parental support over many years and hope this will continue.

The PA has a number of roles including offering a forum for discussion and consultation, and also organising social and fundraising events e.g. Quiz Night, Firework Night.

Other Ways to Contact KEVICC

  • Group Call/Letters Home
  • Parent Feedback
  • Parent Messenger
  • SIMS Learning Gateway
  • Student Planners

Groupcall is an email/texting message service that the College uses to send as much information home as is possible electronically.

If there are any changes to your contact information, please inform us either on 01803 869200 or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The Latest Letters Home are on this website via Information >> Letters Home

On this website, we host a range of online feedback forms.

To see our current forms, visit the Parent Feedback Section

This is a system devised by the College in response to parents’ requests to be able to email members of staff directly. It is intended for communications that are ‘brief’, trying to sort out any queries and/or provide information needed.

If a conversation by phone or face-to-face is needed, this can be requested via this system.  Parents access Parent Messenger through the drop down ‘Interactive’ menu on the College website and use their email address and the password previously provided by email at the beginning of the academic year.

If any parent/carer cannot log on, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Visit Parent MessengerVisit Parent Messenger

This is also found in the drop down ‘Interactive’ menu on the College website.  Parents need a username and password which was issued by post in November 2012.

Through this facility, parents and carers can see their son/daughter’s Progress Reports. The most recent Progress Reports were posted on the Learning Gateway on Friday 21 December 2012.  Parents and carers can also view their son/daughter’s attendance on the Learning Gateway.

For general SLG Help, visit the SLG Guide

These are to be used when a parent/carer wishes to communicate a message to their child’s tutor or class teacher.  There is a section for each week with space to do this.  Tutors and teachers can also use this for messages to parents.  This does rely on students bringing these messages to the attention of teachers, parents and carers, as appropriate, as tutors do planner checks on a weekly, not a daily basis.
