Page 10 Lesson Visit Highlights Year 7 Maths Every three weeks, our teaching staff spend time visiting each others' classrooms to see learning in action. We take the time to talk to students, look at their work and see our brilliant staff teaching. In doing so, we learn a great deal from each other and share what we see to grow our collective practice. Here's some highlights of our lesson visits over the autumn... Brilliant engagement from the Year 7 students in Mrs Collings maths class. Students' work was beautifully presented and showed great pride, see opposite. Year 8 MFL Really positive learning environment in Year 8 modern foreign languages. Some excellent differentiation seen opposite which resulted in some very high quality student work being produced. Year 10 Science Dr Ruffle used modelling to explain to students the ins and outs of the cardiovascular system. The quality of work in books was great to see too. Year 12 Music An incredible standard of work from our musicians starting their course up at Kennicott. Mrs Hansford has been blown away by their efforts. Year 9 Art Brilliant engagement from students in Mrs Siska's Year 9 art group. A superb and wonderfully relevant project on multiculturalism too.
