Wild Wise Page 17 Learning Bushcraft & Team Skills We are delighted to have a group of our students take part in a fully funded outdoor education project run by Wild Wise, Dartington . Through this project students are being encouraged to develop communication and relationship skills. The activities provide meaningful engagement with the natural environment and develop life and survival skills as well as improved self-esteem. The days include access to a number of outdoor education related activities including bushcraft on the college site and outdoor adventurous activities on the Dartington Estate and beautiful Dartmoor, including canoeing and navigation. The college will be supporting Wild Wise in providing evidence to the funding body of this project regarding its positive impact on our young people.
