Page 16 Inspiring student work Esme was the winner of our Art department's lockdown competition called ' Reappropriation '. As a prize Esme was awarded some lovely art materials. The task was to take a famous piece of work by an artist and then recreate it by either a photo, painting or sculpture. Esme took on Norman Rockwell's 'Girl Returning From Camp'. She was a unanimous winner with the student and staff judges! Year 7 Spanish Stars Esme Williams Year 8 During our Year 7 Spanish lessons online, we have been learning how to describe our family, friends and pets. Students have been able to do their families justice by acknowledging (in Spanish) how amazing they all are. Furthermore, students have created their fantasy pets and have described them in Spanish.
