Page 5 Performing Arts Film Competition To help lift spirits during lockdown and to do something a little different as a school community, the Performing Arts Faculty set students and staff a photo film challenge. They challenged us to recreate an iconic moment, in the form of a photograph from a famous film of our choice. Here's what we all came up with... Benoit Walton Owens in Year 7 perfectly recreating the Tom Cruise heist scene from Mission: Impossible (1996) Ms Blunt brilliantly renacting Renee Zellweger's duvet day in Bridget Jones' Diary (2001) Mrs Sheffield and her son wonderfully recreating the poster for Kevin Costner's nineties flick Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991) Jaigh Stone in Year 7 absolutely nails this scene as Pugsley from the Addams Family (1991). We love Finley Woller's (Year 8) recreation of TomHanks' Forrest Gump (1994). Great shot, great film! More student & staff film photos on pages 20 & 21!
