Felix's interview with Victor in this edition speaks to our values of inclusivity, warmth and kindness. Alan Salt Page 2 Principal's Hello This edition really celebrates natural passings and new beginnings. Firstly we are deeply proud of our 2022 student outcomes. Yes they place us handsomely within the newly released DfE school performance tables , but more than that, every single outcome is testament to the hard work our students and teachers put in every day. Each one is hard won and totally deserved. We celebrate our new Year 7 students and their new beginning with us as part of the largest year group in the college. A fantastic group of young people who've made a great start to life with us, their Freshers Enrichment Fair and residential to Okehampton were huge successes in making them feel welcome and grounded here. Also in this edition we see last Summer's superb Revival Festival and whole college performance of Footloose , whilst also seeing the rehearsals for 2023's production of Grease in full swing. 2023 is set to be the year of cadillac, brylcreem and the quiff. We also look forward this year to becoming a UN Rights Respecting School , cherishing our student body and their voice. Here's to the year ahead.
