Our Design department asked our Year 7 students to redesign spent materials as part of their upcycle projects. Our Sixth Form designers also had a session on biomimicry. Last Year ‘A’ Level Product Design students participated in an exciting Biomimicry Master Class led by Lewis Winks from the Natural Entrepreneurs Group. This November was the second session of this project, where students galvanized their understanding of biomimicry and its applied principles, and undertook research related to their personal coursework challenges.
