Year 10s investigating the Soma Cube using multi-links.
This investigation enhances their knowledge of problem
solving and deepens their understanding of 3D shapes.
It also introduces plans and elevations.
Having a great time working together in a small group
to investigate the Soma Cube.
Working together, we can create a Soma Cube
and solve the puzzle.
Here, the year 10s are cutting up Angry Bird theme
nets of 3D shapes, which they then used to design their
own Angry Bird.
This enhanced their knowledge of nets of 3D shapes.
